Kingspan Door Components, a Belgian firm established in 1983 with around 70 employees and €25 million in 2024 sales.

It will join the Sectional Doors and Components unit in the Industrial segment of the Entrance Systems Division. The acquisition is anticipated to be initially dilutive to EPS.
