The company did major repositioning of its business model by disposing of 40 per cent of assets in the preceding eighteen months successfully. The company’s portfolio surpassed 1,000 homes during the period and was on track to deliver growth further.

The company agreed to the disposal of residential land amounting to £30 million during the period in the fiscal year 2019 and has progressed on to legal discussions with reference to the sale of 1,500 plus plots across its sites for more than £50 million in South Wales. The company is expected to release its results for the full year on 4th February 2020.
