- Capita Plc (CPI) has renewed its contract with The Co-operative Bank Plc to run its mortgage servicing operation in the UK.
- The renewed contract which begins on 1 November 2019 is worth up to £141 million over six years. Of the total contract value, £107 million is incremental to company’s current contract with the Bank.
- The company will continue to run a full array of mortgage services and will also keep supporting the Bank’s digitally-enabled change which will further reinforce its customer focus.
- On 31st October 2019, at the time of writing, GMT 08:17 AM, CPI shares were trading at GBX 158.15, down by 1.20 points or 0.75 per cent against the previous day closing price.
