• Wash your eyes with clean water and gently pat them dry

• Make sure your hands are washed properly, so the chances of infection are minimal

• Use soft & short strokes from the inner corner of your eyes and move outwards on the upper water line. As you move towards the outer corner, increase the thickness of your line so that the eye shape is distinctly highlighted

• When applying to the lower water line, gently pull down your under eye area with the forefinger, so that the water line is exposed and then begin to apply

• Wipe away any eyeliner fall outs using a cotton piece or your ring finger

• Don't forget that the blunt / unsharpened kajals give a thicker line, so when you want to highlight the eyes use it unsharpened
