A satellite service provider, Speedcast International Limited (ASX:SDA) requests an extension of the suspension from official quotation in its ordinary shares.
For the purposes of ASX Listing Rule 17.2, SDA provided few information-
- On 5 February 2020, SDA asked for the initial suspension in its ordinary shares.
- On 10 February 2020, 27 February 2020, 13 March 2020, and 30 March 2020, Speedcast requested further extensions.
- In the suspension request of 30 March 2020, Speedcast confirmed that it had released its Appendix 4E and initial financial report for the year ended 31 December 2019.
- Moreover, The Company has revealed that under Chapter 11 of the US Bankruptcy Code, it has commenced a voluntary financial restructuring.
