Chris Hipkins, NZ Minister for COVID-19 Response, declared on Tuesday that the NZ Pass Verifier was now accessible for download to inspect and validate My Vaccine Passes, helping businesses and events to verify the vaccination status of customers.
NZ Pass Verifier will provide certainty to businesses on handling vaccine certificates and checking that their customers have got full vaccination.
Hipkins stated that the step was being taken to accommodate businesses and events that expected large numbers of people at a time like festivals, stadiums, etc.

Geo Limited (NZX:GEO)
Geo, a provider of job management services, revealed on Monday that its $1-million shareholder placement offer, which was launched in October, had shut down oversubscribed.
The move comes after completing the first tranche of its $7-million placement.
GEO ended the day 2.16% in red to close at $0.181.
Enprise Group Limited (NZX:ENS)
Investment vehicle for high-growth tech companies, Enprise Group, provided an investor update on Datagate on Wednesday.

The Group stated that Datagate’s revenues had been on an upward trajectory in the US since the beginning of 2021. The Group’s total ARR reached $2 million at the end of October 2021 with the US making up 63% of ENS’s total recurring revenue.
ENS ended the day 4.17% in green to close at $1.75.
Vista Group International Ltd (NZX:VGL) (ASX:VGL)
Cinema management solutions designer, Vista Group announced management changes last month. Will Palmer, Movio's CEO and Co-Founder, plans to step down from his position before the end of the year.

Gentrack Group Limited (NZX:GTK)
Innovative cleantech solutions provider to the utility sector, Gentrack, notified that it would conduct an investor briefing on 25 November to review its results for the year ended 30 September 2021.
The investor briefing will be available through webcast or audio-only service.
GTK ended the day 2.94% in green to close at $1.75.
Serko Limited (NZX:SKO)
Online travel and expense management provider, Serko, announced its half-year results for the 6 months ended 30 September 2021 on Wednesday.

The Group reported a 81% rise in operating revenue to $9.2 million in the period on pcp, but the gains were tempered due to the COVID-19 impact and strict lockdowns in Q2 in NZ and Australia.
Serko also launched a capital raising of up to $85 million to execute its growth strategy globally.
SKO ended the day flat at $7.85.
