Cronos Group Inc is a vertically integrated cannabinoid company with operations in different countries.

The company produces and sells recreational and medicinal cannabis products and hemp-derived CBD products through a platform of brands.

Through PEACENATURAL™, the company sells medicinal cannabis products. It sells recreational cannabis under Cove™ and Spinach™.

Its operations are spread across Canada, Poland and Germany. In addition, the cannabinoid company is reportedly building a worldwide network across five continents.

Cronos Fermentation is a manufacturing and fermentation facility that is equipped with microbiology organic and analytical chemistry laboratories, and microbial fermentation production areas. In addition, the facility includes product and packaging capabilities and downstream processing plants.

The company's other production facility, Original BC or OGBC, is located in Okanagan Valley, British Columbia. It is a licensed holder under the Canadian Cannabis Act. Original BC produces cannabis in small batches through a group of experts.

The Canadian company says this facility is widely known for producing good quality cannabis in Canada.

Through its state-of-the-art facility, Peace Naturals Campus, the company engages in research and development in growth methodologies, plant genetics, extraction and product formulation. These developments and findings are used throughout the other facilities of Cronos Group, the company claims.

Redwood is California-based CBD products and brand platform. It markets hemp-derived CBD products in the United States. The two brands supported by Redwood are Lord Jones™ and PEACE+™.

Cronos Group has also established a joint venture with an investors' group led by the owner of Mucci farms, a greenhouse grower in North America.
Through this joint venture, Cronos GrowCo, the company will reportedly construct a customized greenhouse plant that meets GAP and GMP requirements. It is located in Kingsville.

The company has established a joint venture with an Israel-based food company, Kibbutz Gan Shmuel.

In partnership with MedMen™, a retail brand in Canada, the company aims to develop the MedMen Canada brand.
