One Heritage Group PLC is a property development and investment management company based in the UK. It was founded recently in the year 2020, and its headquarters are situated in Manchester, UK. Residential sectors, mainly in the North West rental market, are the principal focus of the company. On 23 December 2020, it successfully got listed on the Standard List of the London Stock Exchange, and its IPO raised gross proceeds of £930,000. After its listing, it became one of the first publicly listed residential developers that focuses mainly on co-living.

It aims to provide its customers with first class letting and full management services. The projects include Harley Street, Queen Street, Oldham County Court, and One Heritage Tower. Its co-living properties are different from self-contained apartments, and they successfully accommodate several rent paying tenants under one roof. In contrast to a regular buy to let property, these properties have a shared amenity space. The group has 89 co-living properties and 444 co-living rooms at 21 locations under it.
