Spark New Zealand Limited (NZX:SPKASX:SPK)

Spark’s shares traded heavily on the NZX, recording a volume of 3,905,119 by the close of the trading session on 13 December.

Spark Finance created 3 sustainability-linked loans of $425 million as part of refinancing 3 existing loans and will be used for general corporate use.

SPK ended the day 0.88% in red to close at $4.51.

Auckland International Airport Limited (NZX:AIAASX:AIA)

AIA was the second-most traded stock of the day, reporting a high trading volume of 3,852,788.

AIA informed last month that its total passenger volumes decreased by 92.2% in September and 92.5% in October, respectively, compared to previous year. Auckland remained at Alert Level 3 lockdown in October, restricting both domestic and international services.

AIA ended the day 1.81% in red to close at $7.58.

Precinct Properties New Zealand Limited (NZX:PCT)

Precinct Properties ended Monday’s market session by increasing the trading volume up to 3,279,361.

PCT released its quarterly report on 10 December. The Group’s AFFO has been affected by the lockdowns resulting from COVID-19, but it stays committed to maintaining an FY22 dividend of 6.7 cps, up by 3.1%.

PCT ended the day 2.19% in green to close at $1.635.

Kiwi Property Group Limited (NZX:KPG)

Kiwi Property was also amongst the most active stocks, noting a trading volume of 2,948,952.

The Group inked a deal with IKEA to sell it a piece of land at Sylvia Park, NZ’s favourite shopping centre. It also declared that it plans to develop 6,430 square metres large format retail centre, just beside the land sold to IKEA.

KPG ended the day 2.95% in green to close at $1.22.

Z Energy Limited (NZX:ZEL

Z energy was also amongst the most traded stocks on Monday, reporting a trading volume of 2,202,391.

The Company applauded Refining NZ's statement last month that it would stop refining domestically and migrate to an import terminal by April next year.

Z Energy delivered a 7cps interim dividend on 8 December.

ZEL ended the day unchanged to close at $3.49.
