On 11th March 2022, the broader equity market of New Zealand ended in red after significant selling was encountered in the financials sector. On the same day, NZX 50 Index and NZX 20 Index declined by 0.88% and 0.92%, respectively. Also, NZX All Financials witnessed a fall of 2.10%.

Gainers and Losers:

Recently, Asset Plus Limited (NZX: APL) provided the distribution notice with regards to the company’s dividend declared for the quarter ended 31st December 2021. The gross dividend for the quarter amounted to 0.294 cps.

NZ Automotive Investments Limited (NZX: NZA) rose by 3.45% to NZ$0.900 per share.

Movements on Wall Street:

On 10th March 2022, NASDAQ Composite Index declined by 0.95% to 13,129.96. Notably, Dow Jones Industrials Average fell by 0.34% to 33,174.07.
