Recently, ArborGen Holdings Limited (NZX: ARB) made an announcement that after completion of the sale of ArborGen’s New Zealand and Australian businesses for NZ$22.25 Mn, it has managed to repay US$2.88 Mn of the sub-ordinated debt which was raised in 2019 from certain directors/major shareholders as well as senior management required to finance US$14.4 Mn acquisition of ArborGen’s headquarters in Ridgeville, South Carolina.
Marlborough Wine Estates Group Limited (NZX: MWE) rose by 6.25% to NZ$0.255 per share.
