NZX 50 Ended in Red As Technology Sector Fell By 1.82%

On December 30, 2020, NZX 50 ended the session in red as there was a decline of 0.22% to 13,217 and NZX 20 declined by 0.30% to 8,686. On the other hand, NZX 10 fell by 0.37% to 13,466. On the same day, industrials sector rose by 1.38% and real estate sector increased by 0.67%. On the other hand, technology sector declined by 1.82%.

Gainers and Losers: Mainfreight Ltd (NZX: MFT) (up by 4.31%) and Pacific Edge Ltd (NZX: PEB) (up by 3.39%). On the other hand, Restaurant Brands New Zealand Ltd (NZX: RBD) fell by 3.33% and Spark New Zealand Ltd (NZX: SPK) declined by 2.18%.
