In the release dated 5th August 2021, Radius Residential Care Limited (NZX: RAD) has confirmed that the acquisition of land as well as buildings at 4 important leased sites in Auckland, Waikato, Taranaki and Canterbury from Ohaupo Holdings Limited is settled, including the issuance of the share component of consideration.
Enprise Group Limited (NZX: ENS) rose by 5% to $2.100 per share.
