On July 13, 2020, S&P/NZX50 ended the session in green as the index witnessed a rise of 0.35% to 11,435 and S&P/NZX20 rose by 0.45% to 7,611. On the same day, S&P/NZX10 encountered an increase of 0.36% to 12,081.

S&P/NZX All Communications Services rose by 2.28% while S&P/NZX All Consumer Discretionary fell by 1.44%.

On July 13, 2020, the share price of Blackwell Global Holdings Limited (NZX: BGI) increased by 8.33% on an intraday basis to NZ$0.026 per share. The stock of Comvita Limited (NZX: CVT) rose by 5.47% to NZ$2.890 per share.

TRU’s Stock Ended the Session in Green

TruScreen Limited (NZX: TRU) came forward and released a newsletter in which it was stated that China remains the company’s focus market. In April 2020, the company made an announcement about $2 Mn Share Purchase Plan, that closed in May oversubscribed, garnering a total of $3,743,000. In response to the large number of inquiries received from the shareholders as well as third-party investors, the Board resolved to undertake New Same Class Offer in order to raise a further $1.5 Mn, giving existing NZ shareholders as well as wider investor community the opportunity to further support the company.

On July 13, 2020, the share price of TRU rose by 4.92% on an intraday basis to NZ$0.064 per share.
