Broader NZ Market Ended in Green: What Market Players Need to Know

Sanford Limited (NZX: SAN) has made an announcement that it has received notification from Ngāi Tahu Investments Limited about the purchase of significant minority shareholding in Sanford at the price of $5.50 per share. Notably, it reflects 23.6% premium on the closing price on 31st August 2021.

Evolve Education Group Limited (NZX: EVO) increased by 6.35% to $0.670 per share.
