Gala Games (GALA)

Introduced in 2019, Gala Games had a total supply of 35 billion GALA tokens. It was invented by Eric Schiermeyer, who intended to reclaim the control of gains. Gala Games’ goal is to build blockchain games that any game enthusiast would enjoy playing. This platform provides a wide variety of blockchain games that put fun first and blockchain in the background.

Furthermore, with the help of blockchain technology, the project hopes to restore innovative ideas into games by granting players authority over in-game assets and games.

Within the Gala Games ecosystem, players may possess non-fungible tokens (NFTs) and affect the game governance. Gala Games, in addition to purchasing, uses its utility token GALA. Gala Games has so far built an NFT collectible series called VOX and one playable game called Town Star.

Star Atlas (ATLAS)

Star Atlas is a virtual gaming metaverse-based huge multiplayer online game. ATLAS was invented by Pablo Quiroga and Michael Wagner. It’s being made on Unreal Engine 5, which provides cinematic-quality real-time environments.

Star Atlas’ economy is based on non-fungible tokens that can be traded and obtained. In addition, Star Atlas intends to provide an NFT release schedule and an NFT marketplace for the distribution and trading of in-game assets.

Star Atlas takes place in a futuristic science fiction setting in the year 2620, where three major factions (which probably would emerge by that time) are competing for resources and control. These three factions are humankind, a consortium of alien races and sentient androids.

Axie Infinity (AXS)

The Axie Infinity game universe contains intriguing creatures called Axies, which gamers can adopt as pets. For their Axies, gamers can nurture, combat, obtain, breed and establish kingdoms.

Players can trade, purchase, and sell the resources they gain through competent gameplay and contributions to the ecosystem in the universe’s player-owned economy.

In this game, each Axie is an NFT having different attributes and can enter into 3v3 battles. Here the winning team earns more experience (exp) points, which can be used to level up an Axie's stats.

Yield Guild Games (YGGs)

Yield Guild Games (YGGs) is a decentralised autonomous organisation (DAO) that invests in virtual world NFTs.

Gabby Dizon, a team member who introduced the Axie Infinity and Yearn Finance Communities, established YGGs, a Manila-based game studio.

Moreover, YGGs’ purpose is to create the world's biggest virtual economy, distribute profits to its stakeholders and manage its assets to increase utility. In decentralised games, YGGs has created a community of investors and players who generate money through investments in NFTs that are used in blockchain-based games and virtual worlds.
