Fevertree Drinks plc or Fever-Tree is a UK-based developer and supplier of mixer drinks. It also a holding and investment company, which was founded in 2004 by Charles Rolls and Tim Warrillow. Both found that though there was a growing craze in premium food and drink, the spirits mixture segment was neglected as people were sending more for a high-quality spirit. In 2005, Fever-Tree launched its first premium Indian Tonic Water.

The company founded three varieties of ginger with the purpose to deliver a remarkably deep, fresh, and true taste, which are used to make a selection of ginger ales and ginger beer. Over the years innovating with a range of products, Fever-Tree developed many mixtures such as Quinine, Bitter orange, Elder flower, Lemon Thyme, Kola Nut, Fresh Vanilla, Mexican Key Lime, Sicilian Lemons, Cassia, Fresh Green Ginger, Nigerian Ginger, Cochin Ginger, Tahiti lime, Scottish Raspberry, Rhubard and Pimento Berries. The drink mixers are carbonated drink solutions. The company sells its products to the markets in the UK, Europe, North America, and others.

It also developed Madagascan vanilla to see how best it can mix with dark spirits like whiskies and rum. The company claims to use best naturally sourced ingredients with no artificially added flavours and sweeteners to create finest spirits.

Fever-tree has awarded as the bestselling tonic water and trending tonic water for seven consecutive years.  In 2014, Fevertree got publicly listed on London Stock Exchange as LON: FEVR and is a part of the FTSE AIM.
