The company operates through two divisions: Agriculture and Engineering. The Agriculture division is engaged in development and manufacturing of a range of innovative livestock supplementation products under its brands that includes Horslyx, Megastart, SmartLic, Crystalyx, Tracesure and Allsure. Its three development and manufacturing facilities are located in UK, six in US and one in Germany and sold its products across Europe, North America, UK, Australasia and South America. Its customer base includes leading livestock farmers across the globe in beef, equine, dairy, sheep and pig sectors. The agriculture division consists of three sub division that consists of Country retail stores, Animal feed and supplementation and Fuel.  

The Engineering division is engaged in design and production of bespoke equipments and offers specialist technology and engineering services for oil & gas, nuclear, petrochemical and defence sectors. Its product and services portfolio includes life-of-plant extension technologies, specialist design and fabrication, radiation protection and decontamination services, robotic manipulators and remote handling equipment, equipment condition monitoring, and precision machining. It five facilities are located in UK, two in US and one in Germany and deliver products and services across Asia, Europe, North America, Africa, South America and Australasia. Further, its customer includes global businesses and government bodies across Pharmaceutical, Nuclear, Utilities and Energy. The Engineering division consists of six businesses that include CarrsMSM, Bendalls Engineering Inc, Walischmiller Engineering GmbH, NuVision Engineering Inc, NW Total Engineered Solutions and Chirton Engineering.
