Minera Rio Plata S.A.C is the company’s subsidiary which owns and operates a 100 per cent stake in the primary 900-hectare concession and recently acquired staked 1,390 hectare concessions.

The silver-rich Ninobamba project includes two zones, the Main Zone and South Zone, which are drill ready.

The Gerow Lake project, Ontario, is a company-owned and operated interest. It is prospective for hosting copper-gold Volcanogenic Massive Sulphide (VMS) mineralization. It is situated in Archean aged Superior Province in the NW of James Bay Lowlands, Red Lake Mining District.

Rio Silver’s Palta Dorada property in central Peru has a high-grade mesothermal Au and Ag vein system and it is a joint venture with Peruvian Metals Corp, which owns and operates a 50 per cent stake in this property. The Palta Dorada gold-silver-copper property is situated in the Ancash Mining Department in northern Peru and covers a land package of nearly 1,200 hectares.
