Euro Manganese Inc owns a 100 percent stake in the Chvaletice Manganese Project through its Czech-based subsidiary Mangan Chvaletice S.R.O.
The project is located in the past-producing mining district, which is situated nearly 90 kilometers east of Prague in Europe.
The project is equipped with transport, energy supply and community infrastructure.
Euro Manganese claims to be focused on the evaluation and development operation at the property, including tailing recycling and remediation to produce pure manganese. The company claims that Manganese has the following applications:
• Ni-Co-Mn based lithium-ion batteries are used in electronic vehicles (EV) and energy storage systems (ESS).
• Electrolytic Manganese Metal for advanced tech application
• Electrolytic Manganese Dioxide for dry cell batteries
• Manganese sulphate for Ni-Co-Mn cathode driven lithium-ion batteries.
The estimated mineral resources at the Chvaletice Project consists of 26,496 thousand tons of measured resources at a grade rate of 7.32 per cent total manganese and 5.86 per cent soluble manganese.
However, the indicated resources stands at 26,960 thousand tons at a grade rate of 7.85 per cent total manganese and 6.05 per cent soluble manganese, the firm claims.
Euro Manganese Inc claims to have conducted various research studies and test programs at the project grounds, including environmental baseline studies, drilling assaying for resource estimates, hydrometallurgical tests, extraction and reclamation plan, process development, etc.
The company aims to develop sustainable and quality manganese products to support the lithium battery, steel and aluminum alloy industries.
It acquired the exploration rights in the Chvaletice Project with the purchase of a Czech-based firm in 2016.
