Braille Energy Systems Inc own 89.95 per cent equity interest in Braille Holdings Inc. The holding company wholly owns equity interest in Braille Battery Inc.

The company supplies F31 Lithium Batteries used as an alternative for Group 31 Lead Acid and AGM batteries, used in commercial trucking applications.

The Canadian firm claims that F31 lithium-ion replacement battery consists of various features, including lightweight, extended power supply, long life cycle than conventional lead acid and AGM batteries.

The firm claims to develop new technologies and improve the performance of lithium-ion and advanced technologies batteries through innovation and research.

In March 2021, the company declared a distribution agreement with Magnacharge Battery Corporation, a distributor based in North America. Magnacharge has various distribution centers across Edmonton, Mississauga, Sudbury, London, Kingston, Montréal, Moncton, Michigan and Minneapolis.

In May 2021, Braille Energy Systems inked an MoU with Australia-based Vaulta. The company utilizes graphene technology in the cases and offers thermal benefits. Under the agreement, both parties will collaborate to develop new battery products using graphene technology and commercialize these in newer markets. The firm says heat usually destroy batteries, but with Vaulta’s graphene case solution, the heat expands evenly and increases the life of batteries.
