Parking Assets

The company holds a 24.39 per cent ownership stake in OP Holdings Joint Venture, LLC that owns:
• Z-Parking Off-Airport Parking
• The Riccio Lot
• The Chapel Square Lo
• Canopy Off-Airport Parking

In addition, Parkit also owns an indirect stake of 50 per cent in Nashville Fly-Away Airport Parking.

Parkit Enterprises Inc recently sold the three real estate properties, namely Riccio Lot Hospital Parking in New Haven, Connecticut; Expresso Airport Parking in Oakland, California; Terra Park Parking Facility in Jacksonville, Florida.

The Vancouver-based company is focused on industrial real estate properties strategically located in the premium market across Canada, mainly Ottawa, Montreal and Greater Toronto Area (GTA) to support the parking real estate properties throughout the Unites States of America.

In a press release dated July 7, 2021, the company completed the purchase transaction of Ottawa Property located in 415 Legget Drive.

In addition to TSXV, the real estate operator is listed and trades its common share on the Over the Counter (OTC) Market under the stock symbol ‘PKTEF’.
