Nickel 28 Capital Corp., earlier known as Conic Metals Corp., is a natural resource mining company that acquires, explores, and develops minerals or metals used in battery technology, such as cobalt and nickel. Nickel 28 Capital Corp. is a publicly listed corporation on the TSX Venture Exchange, with its common shares trading under the ticker symbol NKL. In addition to the TSXV, the nickel and cobalt mining company lists and trades its common stock on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (FSE) under the stock symbol 3JC0.

The Vancouver-based battery metal miner aims to develop a portfolio of royalties, streaming and other direct investments in exploration, development, and in-production projects with potential for battery grade-minerals. The company is interested in all types of battery metal projects.

Nickel 28 Capital Corp. acquired Highland Pacific, a battery metal miner holding an 8.56 per cent stake in the Ramu Nickel-Cobalt Operation in Madang, Papua New Guinea, along the northern coastal region. Additionally, Nickel 28 Capital operates 13 battery mineral royalties in its asset portfolio.

The primary royalties of the company include:

• The Dumont property is a nickel-cobalt royalty asset in the Abitibi mining area equipped with roads connectivity, rail lines, airport facility, and power supply. The project is subject to 1.75 per cent of net smelter royalty.

• The Turnagain property is a nickel-cobalt royalty project in the province of British Columbia. The project is subject to two per cent of net smelter royalty on future mineral production.

• The Flemington property is a cobalt-scandium-nickel royalty project in Sydney, Australia. The project is subject to 1.5 per cent of gross revenue royalty.

• The Nyngan project is a cobalt-scandium-nickel royalty asset in Sydney, Australia. The project is subject to 1.7 per cent of gross royalty revenue.
