In a press release dated May 28, 2021, Good Natured Products Inc acquired assets from an Illinois-based Ex-Tech Plastics Inc and ETP Inc’s owned real estate property.

The total acquisition transaction amounted to US$14.1 million.

Further, in June 2021, Eat Beyond Global Holdings Inc reported that good natured® innovated and developed- compostable microwavable-to-go-containers, which are reportedly 97 per cent plant-based and free from chemical. The products are meant for both commercial and consumer purposes.
