Sailfish Royalty Corp. is a publicly-traded precious metals streaming and royalty company. It trades its shares on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol FISH. Sailfish owns various producing, developing and exploration streams and royalties.

The company's portfolio of producing properties of precious metals in the Americas include El Compas Royalty by Endeavour Silver Corp. The silver and gold-producing property is Endeavour’s fourth-largest mine in Zacatecas, Mexico. Sailfish Royalty Corp. has the right to 1.5 per cent NSR on this producing mine.

Another producing property owned by Mako Mining Corp., the San Albino Gold Stream, provides Sailfish Royalty a stream equivalent to three per cent NSR on the project. The gold producing project is a part of the San Albino-Murra concession covering 87,000 hectares.

Gold grades on this mine are associated with high-cost underground mining and low-cost open-pit mining. The indicated resources from this property are at 150.4koz at 7.3 g/t gold and inferred mineral resource includes 192.0koz at 6.78 g/t gold.

• Moonlight Property: Two per cent NSR on the exploration project owned by Waterton Global Resource Management.

• Spring Valley Royalties: 0.5 to three per cent NSR on the development stage gold project owned by Waterton Global Resource Management.

• Tocantinzinho Royalty: Owned by Eldorado Gold Corp., the development stage gold project provides up to 3.5 per cent NSR to Sailfish.

• La Cigarra Royalty Corp. is an exploration stage project providing one per cent NSR, owned by Kootenay Silver Inc.

Apart from streams and royalties, the company also has direct ownership of an exploration property and intends to perform a spinout or monetize it in the future. Sailfish completely owns an early-stage silver exploration property in the prolific San Dimas mining district in Mexico -- The Gavilanes Silver Property.

The growing mining royalty, streaming and exploration entity had also acquired Terraco Gold Corp. On August 19, 2019.
