Cerrado Gold Inc., formerly known as BB1 Acquisition Corp., is a mineral mining, exploration and development company primarily focused on precious metal properties, mainly gold. Cerrado Gold Inc. Is publicly listed on the TSX Venture Exchange market, its common shares’ ticker symbol is CERT.

In addition to the TSXV, the mid-tier gold producer went on the OTCQX Market on July 15, 2021. Cerrado Gold Inc. is now listed and trades on the OTCQX with the stock symbol CRDOF.

The Toronto-based gold exploration company owns a 100 percent stake in the Minera Don Nicolas Project, an open-pit gold deposit currently at operation phase, situated in Santa Cruz, Argentina. The project consists of mineral exploration claims spread over a total area of 333,400 hectares comprising high-grade epithermal gold and silver mineralization.

Cerrado Gold operates in the La Paloma region, Martinetas region and a central material processing facility within the Minera Don Nicolas Property. The project is equipped with good infrastructure that includes road connectivity, water supply and power as well as workforce availability.

Cerrado Gold Inc. also owns a 100 percent stake in the Monte Do Carmo (MDC) Project, situated in Tocantins State, Brazil. The project consists of 14 concessions spanning a total area of approximately 58,000 hectares, including intrusive gold mineralization.

The project is currently at the exploration phase and is equipped with road connectivity, skilled labor, power and water supply. The Serra Alta Deposit, featured with high-grade, shallow mineralization, is the prime focus at the MDC project site.

Cerrado Gold Inc. is involved in the identification, acquisition, exploration, development and expansion of new mineral properties and existing mineral projects. In addition, the company aims to make a portfolio of South American exploration projects.
