Description

BeMetals Corp. is a mineral mining company primarily involved in the acquisition, evaluation, exploration, and development of base metal and precious metal properties. BeMetals Corp. is a publicly listed company on the Toronto Venture Stock Exchange, with its common shares trading under the ticker symbol BMET. In addition to the TSXV market, the natural resource mining company lists and trades its common shares on the OTCQB Market and the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (FSE) under the stock symbols BMTLF and 1OI, respectively.

The Vancouver-based metal miner holds an option to acquire a 100 per cent stake in the South Mountain Project. South Mountain is a zinc (Zn), silver (Ag), gold (Au) and copper (Cu) project situated in Idaho, US. The project consists of high-grade zinc mineralization, including zinc equivalent minerals and is equipped with proper mine infrastructure. BeMetals Corp. conducted various exploration and underground drill operations, and that will include an ongoing Preliminary Economic Assessment (PEA) study at the South Mountain site to expand the potential mining grounds and increase the mineral resource estimates of the project.

BeMetals owns rights to acquire a 72 per cent stake in the Pangeni Project pursuant to a binding letter and agreement with Copper Cross Zambia. Currently, the project is 100 per cent owned by Pangeni Mineral Resources Limited. The Pangeni Property consists of basement-hosted and sediment-hosted stratiform copper mineralization covering a total area of approximately 575.68 square kilometers, on the western edge of the Zambian Central African Copperbelt.

Additionally, in April 2021, BeMetals Corp. strategically acquired Kronk Resources Inc., a private corporation and its 100 per cent owned subsidiary company named Kazan Resources, to own an early-stage exploration project portfolio of gold properties -- the Kazan Gold Project -- situated in Hokkaido and Kyushu, Japan, which includes:

• The Kato Project

• The Todoroki Project

• The Konomai Project

• The Tashiro Project

• The Hokusatu Project

Among the Kazan Projects, the Kato Project is the most advanced exploration project spread over a total area of 2,000 hectares. BeMetals Corp. is working on exploration and drilling operations to discover new target zones and exploit the identified prospects to expand the current mineral resource estimates at all its project sites.
