On May 12, 2021, Airshare, a Kansas-based private aviation company, purchased three Challenger 350 aircraft and became its newest fleet operators, reportedly. The delivery is expected by 2021 end.

The Kansas-based company is also expected to purchase 17 more business jets in a bid to double its fleet size.

In 2020, the company claims that its service centers in the United States were reportedly awarded for supreme aircraft maintenance sponsored by U.S. Federal Aviation Administration.

In 2020, the company sold off its commercial aviation business owing to a massive debt.

In addition, the Montreal-based company sold off its rail transportation business to a French company in 2021.
