Trillium Gold Mines Inc., earlier known as Confederation Minerals Ltd., is a junior mineral resource mining company. The primary business of Trillium involves the identification, acquisition, exploration and development of precious metal and base metals properties, specifically gold assets located in the Red Lake mining district, Ontario.

Trillium Gold Mines Inc. is a publicly listed corporation on the TSX Venture Exchange market, with its common shares trading under the ticker TGM. In addition to the TSXV, the natural resource miner lists and trades its shares on the OTCQX market and the Frankfurt Stock Exchange under the stock symbols TGLDF and 0702, respectively.

The Vancouver-based mineral exploration company owns a 100 per cent interest in the Newman Todd Project – its flagship project located along the Red Lake region. The project hosts a high-grade gold-infused vein system. In addition, the geological mapping and soil sampling surveys suggest the potential for near-surface gold mineralization.

The mineral exploration and development asset portfolio of the company includes numerous projects:

The Gold Centre Project consists of various gold-rich metavolcanic deposits contiguous to the Red Lake Deposit.

The Leo Property is a greenfield project at the exploration phase, situated approximately 15 kilometers away from the Dixie Project (operated by Great Bear Resources Ltd).

The Red Lake West Project includes the Sydney Lake and Western Bear properties along the western Red Lake Belt. The Sydney Lake hosts copper (Cu), zinc (Zn), gold (Au) and silver (Ag) bearing massive sulphide systems. Trillium has a 100 per cent ownership stake in the project.

The Shining Tree Project consists of a gold-based volcanic mineral system with numerous mineral anomalies in Matachewan-Kirkland Lake. Trillium owns a 100 per cent stake in the project.

The Moose Creek, Caribou Creek and Copperlode West Properties are greenfield exploration projects located along the Mine Trend.

The 65 kilometers Confederation Belt hosts numerous properties, which include:

• Lucky, Fly and Moth Properties with an area of some 9,000 hectares stretching 18 kilometers along the belt.

• Joy Property comprises five distinct volcanogenic massive sulphide systems.

• Copperlode East to support the Copperlode West Property.

The Birch Uchi Properties includes the Satterly Lake Project with eight adjacent mineral claims covering 3,049 hectares and the Swain Lake Project with 46 mineral claims covering 1,832 hectares.

The Larder Lake Project consists of 14 mineral concessions spanning 4,360 hectares in Ontario.

The Quebec Lake Project includes three properties – the SW Fenelon, Opawica, and Jamesie. Trillium Gold Mines is focused on exploration and drilling operations to discover, evaluate, and extend the mineral resource potential for the advancement of its projects.
