The REIT firm claims to generate a majority of the revenue from Australian assets.
As of 2021, the company owns a diversified portfolio of 15.3 million square feet of gross leasable area and 189 income producing properties in key destinations across Europe, the Americas and Australia.
It is reportedly Canada's largest non-government manager and owner of medical buildings and health care facilities. The REIT firm is also known to partner with successful healthcare operators.
The company provides real estate solutions in the form of clinics, medical offices, hospitals and other medical buildings for a long-term lease and stable occupancy. It claims to have an integrated senior management team comprising over 200 professionals spanning seven countries and nine offices.
The RIET firm owns 56 properties in different Canadian provinces, including Calgary, Toronto, Halifax, Montreal, Edmonton and Quebec.
Each of the regional office is managed by senior management team, the company claims. In addition, it has added several income-producing real estate assets to its portfolio since 2004.
In Europe, the REIT firm has 30 per cent interest in a joint venture with a third-party institutional investor. In addition, it has direct interest in high quality healthcare real estate in Berlin and Frankfurt in Germany, Netherlands, London and Birmingham in the United Kingdom.
The Canadian company claims to be the only TSX-listed REIT focused on global healthcare real estate business.
The trust claims to have contributed to various organizations, including Alberta Children's Hospital, Alzheimer Society of Canada, Nova Scotia Fredericton Community Foundation, etc.
