So, idyllic venues, aesthetic jewellery, stylish clothing for bride and groom, and not to forget facial beauty products have become the norm. In recent times, theme-based weddings, like sustainable or destination weddings, have become popular. As a result, companies in the apparel, hotel and jewellery sectors are always in demand, mainly between May and October, in the US.

Here we explore five wedding stocks in the market.

Ulta Beauty, Inc (Nasdaq: ULTA)

Ulta Beauty, Inc, a chain of beauty stores, sells cosmetics, beauty products, fragrances, bath, and bed products.

Its stock traded at US$342.38 at 10.27 am ET on July 26, up by 0.23 percent over the previous closing price. Stock prices of ULTA went up by 15.76 percent YTD. The market capitalization of the company is US$18.2 billion, the P/E ratio is 38.75 and the forward P/E 1 year is 26.60.

The EPS is US$8.59, and the beta is 1. The 52-week highest stock price of ULTA is US$356.31, and the lowest is US$188.18. The share volume is 138,198.

In the May quarter, it reported net sales of US$1.9 billion compared to US$1.1 billion in Q1, 2020. The diluted earnings per share were US$4.10 in Q1, 2021 and US$1.39 in Q1, 2020. Gross profit was 38.9 percent of net sales in Q1, 2021, and that was 25.9 percent in the year-ago period. In addition, it opened 26 new stores in Q1 of 2021 compared to 10 in the corresponding period of 2020.

Guess, an American clothing brand and retailer, sells apparel, handbags, accessories, and footwear.

Its stock traded at US$22.19 at 10.43 am ET on July 26, up by 1.05 percent over the previous closing price. Stock prices of GES went down by 4.77 percent YTD. The market cap of the company is US$1.3 billion, the P/E ratio is 15.93, the forward P/E 1 year is 8.80, the EPS is US$1.35, and the beta is 1.

It gave an annual dividend of US$0.45 to stockholders. The 52-week highest stock price of GES is US$31.12, and the lowest is US$9. The share volume is 226,967.

GES reported total revenue of US$520 million in Q1, 2021, which ended on May 2, and that was US$260.3 million in the year-ago period. Gross profit was US$211.6 million in this quarter compared to US$34.2 in the prior quarter. Its operating income was US$26.2 million. 

Signet Jewellers Limited (NYSE: SIG)

Signet Jewellers Limited is one of the reputed diamond jeweller companies.

HNI Corporation manufactures residential building furniture and office furniture.
