The trust operates through its two core divisions that include retail and pubs portfolio. The retail portfolio consists of shopping centers and retail parks, its shopping centers are in the center of town, that have occupiers providing all the essential goods and services and also has income generating car parking and development opportunities. The retail parks are strategically located at the edge of town centers and offers various retail and leisure services. The pub portfolio consists of leased and tenanted assets which are mostly located in the localities around residential areas, roadside, and populated areas. Further, its risk-controlled developments include Burgess Hill, Cowley, Grays, C-store development programme, Canvey Island Retail Park and Wallsend.
Its third-party asset management platform consists of highly qualified and experience team of finance, development and marketing professionals who work together to manage the assets of its joint ventures and supports third-party owners, it currently manages Whitefriars shopping centre owned by Canterbury city council, High Street unit owned by Market Harborough district council, Nicholsons centre owned by Areli Real Estate and Kirkby Town center owned by Knowsley council.
