In addition to these services, this segment also provides services associated with management of wealth, dealing of shares, and payments made to corporate international clients. The planned roadmap for management of cases and complaints from clients, credit and related services, induction of new clients, as well as specialist resources for amending and redressal, are offered by the intelligent solutions segment of the company.
The pension solutions segment is involved in the management and administration work, covering payments associated with pension schemes, pension softwares, as well as data solutions. Lastly, a wide range of transfer agent services are offered by the EQ US segment of the company. This segment charges fee for managing the balances of customers and clients, and thus earns interest income.
