Founded in 1935, Electra Private Equity plc is a UK-based investment trust company focused on private equity investments and it is managed as HM Revenue and Customs approved investment trust. It has specialisation in private equity for more than 25 years and aims to achieve returns higher than the FTSE 250 Index. The company’s portfolio includes buyouts and co-investments, secondaries, debt and AAA-rated funds and its shares are listed on the London Stock Exchange since 1976 as LON: ELTA.

The company has appointed G10 Capital Limited as its alternative investment fund manager to achieve its investment objective, to follow a realisation strategy with aim to deliver crystallise value to its shareholders by balancing the timing of returning cash to its shareholders with maximization of value and it will continue to support its existing investments to enhance return, it will not make any further investments. In order to enhance the balance between the maximisation of value and timing of returning cash to shareholders, the company may use gearing up to 40% of its total assets. It will retain sufficient cash to support its portfolio and to meet its obligations, with cash from realisations being invested in AAA-rated money market funds, return to shareholders or pending utilization. The company has delivered £2 billion as ordinary shares, special dividend and share buyback to its shareholders since October 2016.

Sentinel Performance Solutions is a UK’s leading manufacturer of products to improve the performance of residential heating and hot water systems.
