After being associated with Kathmandu Holdings group (NZX: KMD) for 5 and a half years, Xavier has bid the Company a farewell.  He has parted ways with KMD in order to pursue another opportunity with an Australian Public service sector in a senior role. He revealed he has had a great working experience with Kathmandu Holdings and would like to thank the teams, the shareholders, board of directors, and the Chair David Kirk.

Sky Network Announces Change in Chief Executive Philip Bowman, the Chairman of Sky Network Television Limited (NZX: SKT) has announced that Martin Stewart, the Chief Executive of the company has decided to leave the company to return home to Europe. The company’s current Chief Commercial Officer, Sophie Moloney has been appointed as Chief Executive of the company.

* SML reveals its NZ$20 Million SPP Oversubscribed Synlait Milk Limited (NZX: SML) revealed that the share purchase plan received a raging response with strong support from the shareholders with the total applications received worth NZ$59 Million. Applications will now be scaled, and the surplus refunds are made by 8 December 2020.
