Westpac Banking Corporation (NZX: WBC) has disclosed that it is least-loved among the big banks. The Company had a NPS (Net Promoter Score) of 14, which was the lowest among its peers. The bank’s big 4 peers had a net promoter score of 42, 39, 32, and 28. NPS calculates the net probability of customers proposing an organization to other people.
