Allied Farmers Limited (NZX:ALF) announced the signing of a conditional agreement for the acquisition of 50% stake in New Zealand Rural Land Management Limited Partnership (NZRLM) in a deal worth NZ$ 2.5 million.
The acquisition price shall be paid through 5 million shares of ALF @50 cents per share. The deal will also offer call option for ALF to acquire the remaining 50% NZRLM after two years’ time frame based on an independent evaluation.
Allied Farmers informed that they would seek for the approval of shareholders for the deal very soon.

Reported EBITDA was at NZD 348.3 million, increased by 16.9 percent. Reported NPAT totaled at NZD 235.4 million, indicating a growth of 62.8 percent. SKC maintains a strong balance sheet and sufficient liquidity to tackle a range of downside scenarios, including further Covid-19 disruptions.

Asset Plus Limited’s (NZX:APL) Agreement to Lease (ATL) with Restaurant Brands Limited was conditional on obtaining resource consent before 23 November 2020. APL has now confirmed that it has received the required resource consent and the same has now become unconditional.
