Enprise Group Limited (NZX:ENS) is a New Zealand-based global software and services investment company. The Company is invested in five businesses, and has witnessed high growth across all five.

Recently, ENS reported double-digit revenue growth across its investee companies for the four months ended 31 October 2021. The Company is backed by a team of professionals with proven track record of developing valuable software and information technology businesses in New Zealand.

Let us look at the Board of Directors of ENS.

Elliot Cooper

Mr Elliot Cooper is the co-founder, CEO and Executive Director of ENS. He has previously served as the company’s CFO.

Well-versed in the financial software business, Mr Cooper is a qualified accountant with an in-depth experience in financial accounting and financial controller roles.

Mr Cooper was one of the original creators of Exonet Finance (now renamed MYOB Exo).  Along with Mark Loveys, Mr Cooper was involved with the product since day one at PC Direct in the 1990s.

Lindsay Phillips  

Mr Lindsay Philips is the Chairman of the Board of Enprise Group and has over 25 years of extensive experience in private equity. His involvement in private equity started in 1987 with M.J.H. Nightingale & Co. Limited in London/New York and later in Australia (since 1995).

Mr Philips was engaged with Price Waterhouse 1980-87 and for twenty-six years in investment banking/private equity in the UK, Europe, USA and Australia, including as Managing Director of Lazard Australia Private Equity from 2007-2012.

At present, Mr Philips is Managing Director of Phoenix Development Fund and Nightingale Partners, investment funds aimed at offering patient expansion capital to family companies.

At the same time, he is also serving as a Director for most of the companies in which the funds are invested.

Nick Paul

An accomplished senior leadership professional, Mr Nick Paul is a Non-Executive Director of Enprise Group. His career is underpinned by more than 30 years of achievement and success in steering sales growth in highly competitive tech space.  

Mr Paul has more than 20 years of experience in the telco industry and has served in senior Sales and Distribution roles in Vodafone and Spark.

Recently, he served as CEO of Leading Edge Communications, Spark's largest channel partner. Mr Paul has established a strong understanding of developing sales channel models and implementation.

Backed by deep experience and strong knowledge, he has established a business consultancy named The Sales Factory, which assists organisations in developing suitable sales and distribution strategies as well as channel plans for their businesses.

Ronnie Baskind

Mr Ronnie Baskind is an Executive Director of Enprise Group with rich experience of over 30 years, donning various roles such as an entrepreneur, management consultant, senior executive, director and agribusiness professional.

Mr Baskind is CEO of Enterprise Solutions, a division of Enprise Group, and the founder and Managing Director of Kilimanjaro Consulting. A wholly owned subsidiary of ENS, Kilimanjaro Consulting is Australia’s largest implementer of MYOB’s enterprise-level business management solutions.

Mr Baskind has developed deep insight into businesses across most industry sectors and in various stages of development.

Marisa Fong

Miss Marisa Fong is a Non-Executive Director of Enrpise Group and is a member of FKA (Flying Kiwi Angels), NZ Asian Leaders, Institute of Directors, Entrepreneurs Organisation and Global Women.

She is also the co-founder of a consultancy, TBC Partners, which assists Founders/Owners of private companies in their entrepreneurial journey. She is also planning to launch a new startup in the skincare space with a global focus.

She co-founded The Madison Group in 1998, which won numerous awards and was acquired in 2013 by listed public company AWF. Miss Fong has also created a portfolio of angel investments and supports various causes.

Presently, she is an Advisory Board member for NZ Work Research Institute, an Advisory Board Member for Weirdly, a Trustee of Simplicity, and a Category Judge for New Zealander of the Year.

In conclusion, the high-calibre leadership team at ENS is armed with diverse and rich commercial as well as technical experience required for leading a business forward. The team’s strong background and deep experience are expected to help the company make great strides in the coming times.
