Metlifecare Limited (NZX: MET) has notified the market that recently it received on a without prejudice basis a non-binding indicative offer. This was from APVG to acquire all shares of Metlifecare for the per share consideration of NZ$6.00 under the Scheme of Arrangement. The company has decided to defer special meeting of the shareholders which was scheduled for July 10, 2020.

On July 6, 2020, the share price of Metlifecare ended at NZ$5.760 per share, implying an increase of 10.34% on an intraday basis.
