Investore Delivers Strong Growth in PAT; Provides Cash Dividend Guidance for FY21

For the six months ended 30 September 2020, Investore Property Limited (NZX:IPL) reported profit after tax of $91.0 million, up by $80.1 million Y-o-Y. This was mainly due to strong revaluation movement.

Other key highlights of 1HFY21 are:

  • Distributable profit after current tax stood at $13.7 million, up by $4.0 million Y-o-Y;
  • The 6 months shareholder return stood at 36.2%, outperforming gross S&P/NZX50 and gross All Real Estate index by 16.3% and 15.4%, respectively;
  • The company has provided cash dividend guidance of 7.60 cents per share for FY21.
