SKC Opens its SPP to Raise NZ$50 Million

SkyCity Entertainment Group Limited (NZX:SKC) has opened its fully underwritten NZ$50 million SPP (Share Purchase Plan), which is a part of its NZ$230 million equity raising announced on 17 June 2020.

  • The SPP offer with a size of NZ$50 million has been set to match the proportion of the company’s shares owned by non-institutional investors;
  • Under the SPP, eligible existing SKC shareholders with a registered address in NZ or Australia can each subscribe for up to NZ$50,000/A$47,000 worth of new shares.
