FMA's Proceedings on CLSAP NZ for Alleged Anti-Money Laundering Breaches

Civil High Court actions have been filed against CLSA Premium New Zealand Limited (CLSAP NZ) for alleged violations of the Anti-Money Laundering/ Countering Financing of Terrorism (AML/CFT) Act by the Financial Markets Authority (FMA).

CLSAP NZ offers a range of financial services, including financial advice, broking, and derivatives and was earlier known as KVM Kunlun New Zealand Limited. The firm is the local subsidiary of the Hong Kong-based parent company CLSA Premium Limited.
