Description

MS International Plc is engaged in the designing, manufacturing, construction and servicing of a wide range of specialist engineering products and related services. It operates principally in the UK and in Germany, Brazil, Netherlands, the US and Poland through its subsidiaries. Its shares are listed on the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange as LON: MSI.

The group operates through four core segments that include Defence, Forging, Petrol Station Superstructures and Corporate Branding. The defence segment is engaged in design, manufacturing, and service of defence equipment, it operates through its subsidiaries; MSI Defence system Ltd and MSI Defence System US LLC across the world but many of its customers and suppliers are not located in the European Union.

The Forging segment manufactures steel forgings; it operates through its subsidiaries; MSI-Forks Ltd, MSI-Quality Forgings Ltd, MSI-Forks LLC and MSI-Forks Garfos Industriais Lyda across USA, Brazil, and Argentina.

 The petrol station superstructures segment is engaged in designing, manufacturing, constructing, maintaining and restyling of the petrol station superstructures and it operates through its subsidiaries; Global-MSI plc and Global-MSI Sp.z o.0. in the European Union.

The Corporate Branding segment is engaged in designing, manufacturing, installation and service of petrol station and other brandings; it operates through its subsidiaries; MSI-Sign Group B.V., Armada Janse B.V., Petrol Sign GmbH and Petrol Sign Ltd in European Union. Further, its Estates subsidiaries are MS International Estate Ltd and MS International Estate LLC. The group’s non-operating subsidiaries includes Conder Ltd, Global-MSI (Overseas) Ltd, MDM Investments Ltd, Mechforge Ltd, MSI-Petrol Sign Ltd and Petrol Sign-MSI Ltd.
