The company floated its IPO in the year 2007, which kick-started its growth. Eventually, the management acquired Seachill, a supplier of chilled and frozen salmon. Hilton has grown two joint ventures, which have its presence in supermarkets across 14 European countries and Australia and has six factories across Europe. The company's subsidiaries, include Hilton Meats Zaandam BV, Hilton Foods (Ireland), HFC Sverige AB, Hilton Foods Denmark A/S, Hilton Food Group (Europe), and Hilton Foods Asia Pacific Limited.
