Cematrix Corporation strategically acquired MixOnSite USA, Inc., a Chicago based concrete contract company and Pacific International Grout Company, a Bellingham based cellular concrete and engineered grout provider. Additionally, the company signed a joint venture agreement with Lafarge Canada Inc., a construction materials company, to efficiently market cellular concrete products and ensure quality materials, logistic services, and proper pricing of the company's products.
