Sigma Announces Resignation of Chief Financial Officer

Sigma Healthcare Limited (ASX:SIG) has announced the resignation of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Iona MacPherson. The company Board has thanked lona for her commitment and contribution to Sigma over the past three years.

Iona MacPherson started with Sigma in November 2016 as Chief Financial Officer and has been a valued member of the company’s Executive team.

The company has started an external search for a new CFO to lead the Finance team through its ongoing business transformation and cultural change program. Meanwhile, Jeff Sells will be acting CFO in conjunction with his current role as Executive General Manager Retail Pharmacy.
