ASX-listed Sihayo Gold Limited (ASX:SIH) is engaged in the exploration and development of the highly prospective Sihayo-Pungkut 7th Generation Contract of Works (CoW) in Indonesia. SIH owns 75% of PT Sorikmas Mining (PT Aneka Tambang is the company’s JV with the remaining 25%) which in turn holds the CoW.
The CoW coincides with the geologically prolific Trans Sumatra Fault Zone (TSFZ), which is known to hold some of the major gold projects in the region. The most advance project on the CoW is the Sihayo Gold Project, for which a Definitive Feasibility Study was completed in June 2020.

Mr Colin Moorhead is a highly experienced mining industry executive with a strong track record of project development and efficient operations management. In his career spanning over three decades, Mr Moorhead has overseen the development and financing of several mining projects on an international level.
Mr Moorhead’s strong leadership traits, sound strategy and execution capabilities saw him quickly rise to the levels of executive manager of Newcrest Mining’s (ASX:NCM) global operation. Mr Moorhead commenced his career with BHP Group (ASX:BHP) in 1987, became CEO of PT Merdeka Copper Gold Tbk and oversaw the development and commissioning of Tujuh Bukit Gold Mine.
Mr Moorhead has graduated from AICD (Australian Institute of Company Directors) and Harvard Business School Advanced Management Program (AMP).
Mr Misha A Collins has a strong background in the financial and capital market with a technical background in metallurgy. He had worked as an equity analyst for domestic as well as an international market during his 11-year-long tenure at BT Funds management.
Mr Collins has been instrumental in capital market strategies and commodity forecasting. With extensive experience, Mr Collins started his own investment and trading business back in 2008.
Mr Collins has a B.E in Metallurgy from RMIT University. He earned the graduate certificate in Banking and Finance from Monash University. He also holds a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance & Investment from the Financial Services Institute of Australia.
Mr Collins has achieved the designation of Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) from the CFA Institute.
Mr Gavin Caudle has over three decades of experience in finance and investment sectors. He has served in different geographies, including Australia, Singapore and Indonesia. Mr Caudle also serves as Director of Provident Minerals Limited.
In his career spanning many years, Mr Caudle has made contributions to some of the world’s well-renowned organisations. He became the Head of M&A and Private Equity at Citigroup. He rose to the level of Country Head of the Investment Bank at Salomon Smith Barney.
Mr Caudle owns several businesses in partnership, including Tower Bersama Group, Provident Agro and Merdeka Copper Gold. Mr Caudle has a proven track record of raising investments of more than US$2 billion.
Mr Daryl Corp brings to the table an extensive experience of over four decades in the mining industry. He has been active in a wide range of roles in corporate as well as operations. Mr Corp has been associated with projects involving a wide range of base metals, iron ore and precious metals in Australia and offshore.
Mr Corp has spent considerable years of his career with Newcrest Mining Limited (ASX:NCM). At NCM, Mr Corp commenced with technical roles and climbed up the corporate ladder to reach senior executive levels. Mr Corp had played key roles in the feasibility study of several underground gold mines, including the Cadia Hill and Ridgeway mines.
Mr Corp holds a degree of B.E in Mining from the University of Melbourne. He also holds a Diploma in Geoscience from Macquarie University. Mr Corp is a Fellow of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy.
Mr Roderick Crowther has significant experience in corporate finance in the mining sector. He has served in roles involving investment banking, private equity and corporate business development.
Prior to Sihayo, Mr Crowther has worked with Newcrest Mining Limited (ASX:NCM), EMR Capital, Azure Capital and JP Morgan.
Mr Crowther holds bachelor’s degrees in engineering and commerce from the University of Queensland. He also holds a master’s degree in Mining Engineering from the University of NSW. Mr Crowther is also a designated CFA charterholder.
Ms Susan Park joined the company recently. She is highly experienced in corporate finance and company secretarial and non-executive director roles. Ms Park has experience of over 24 years, and in her extensive career, she has worked with several ASX, AIM and TSX listed companies.
Ms Park is a professional chartered accountant and holds a bachelor’s degree in Commerce. She is the company secretary for several ASX-listed companies currently and also a member of prominent institutes.
When it comes to the managing of permits, regulations, Government, Community and NGO, Sihayo banks on Mr Ghanis Kurnady’s vast experience in External Relation activities. MR Kurnady has been active for more than 25 years in the mining industry and is a member of the Indonesian Association of Mining Professional.
Mr Kurnady played a key role in engineering and equipment installation at PT International Nickel Indonesia’s nickel mining and process plant.
Mr Kurnady holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
Armed with a vast experience of more than 25 years in the field of geology mapping, regional geochemistry, geologist, underground and surface mapping, Mr Zainur Arifin has played a crucial role in the discovery of the Sihayo deposit.
Mr Arifin, has been the Kepala Teknik Tambang, (Chief Mine Officer), since 2018. He has played an important role in community relations. Mr Arifin was also a member of the team involved in uranium exploration in Malawai, South Africa.
