- Fuller, Smith & Turner Plc (FSTA) has exchanged contracts to acquire Cotswold Inns & Hotels Ltd.
- The acquisition, which comprises a collection of seven high quality, freehold country inns and hotels and eight freehold staff cottages in the Cotswolds, is for a total consideration of £40 million.
- The acquisition is expected to complete on 31 October 2019 and will be funded from existing banking facilities of the company.
