LUX has submitted applications for three Exploration Permits for Minerals (“EPM”) in Northeast Queensland, Australia approximately 120km west of Charters Towers and 40km north of Pentland, North Queensland.
The company has 25% interest in the Danglay epithermal gold project, an advanced exploration project located in a prolific gold and copper mining district in the north of the Philippines. The company holds a net smelter return (NSR) royalty of up to 2% to a maximum of US$2.7 million in respect of future production from the SLM gold project in La Rioja Province, Argentina, which is located approximately 800km northwest of Buenos Aires and 450km northeast of Santiago, Chile. The project is owned by company's former Argentine subsidiary Ochre Mining SA.
