Plastazote is closed cell cross-linked polyethylene foam; Supazote is super soft, cross-linked, closed cell ethylene copolymer foam and Evazote is closed cell cross-linked ethylene copolymer foam. ZOTEK are produced using Zotefoams’ unique high-pressure nitrogen-expansion process and is a high-performance forms produced from engineering polymers, fluoropolymers and specialty elastomers. T-Fit is an insulation systems used for aseptic areas, insulating high-temperature processing environments and cleanroom insulation and it is manufactured from fine, high-quality, closed cell foams. Its products are the only foam insulation currently compliant with the demanding FM approvals 4910 standard for cleanroom management. The MuCell Technology is developed by MuCell Extrusion LLC, which a wholly owned subsidiary of the company. It is a microcellular foaming process that decreases the material content of extruded plastic parts and packaging by 15-20%. Its technology has application to LLDPE, PS, PA, PET, PVC, TPE, DPE, HDPE, PP, PVDF and PLA processing. Other materials are under development.
